Ordered the wrong size or color? Because every product is Made-To-Order, I can't offer a full refund, but I'm happy to provide a one time discount on a replacement.

** Please note: An order of both a large and small canvas would have a combination of these flat rates and would be $28 no matter the amt of small and large canvases purchased.

What does it take to get free or discounted shipping?

⦁ There are no free-shipping options at this time, but 098 Designs has worked to make the cheapest shipping available.

⦁ Shipping either has a flat rate despite the product amount or has a discounted amount after so many are purchased in an order.

Canvases are sealed in plastic wrap, then packaged in a hard cardboard box. JONDO (the manufacturer for the base product) uses 28% less cardboard than the industry standard through custom boxes created with recycled materials designed to fit each product size and/or order. Specialized machinery in all of JONDO's facilities allows them to reduce the use of tape, plastic, and other packaging materials for all shipments.

If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.

Materials:

⦁Cotton and polyester composite (canvas), pine wood (frame)

⦁The frame is made with profile radiata pine that is ethically sourced from renewable forests.

Technology & Inks:

⦁JONDO uses digital print method. Designs are directly printed on the canvas using HP Latex printers with Latex inks. Inks are pigmented and water-based. The inks are non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable inks that reduce a variety of environmental, health, and safety concerns. JONDO uses UL certified inks that are GREENGUARD GOLD based on the high air quality standards used for hospitals and schools.

⦁Each matte canvas is 1.25" thick and includes a back hook already installed.

⦁Soft rubber dots on bottom back corners for support

⦁Back hook included + 2 Rubber dots on the bottom of canvas ensures the canvas stays in place when hung

Please note: Due to the production process of the canvases, please allow for slight size deviations with a tolerance +/- 1/8" (3.2mm)
