What is Print on Demand?
Print on Demand is a model of business where customized products are made-to-order upon purchase. Its where the seller (me) designs the art for the products and uploads them to base products to ready for print. Then a third party company like Printify can then fulfill the order by both printing the product with the seller's art and then ship it to the customer on the seller's behalf.
Do you use AI Art?
No. 098 Designs does not condone nor use AI art of any kind. My art is 100% human made. I do occasionally use the occasional purchased stock photo to help purely supplement the occasional background of my art. Otherwise its nothing but me and the canvas. Any purchased stock photos are vetted to make sure they are not AI made as well. Though with the way the stock photo industry is being affected, I may stop using stock photos all together in the near future.
What products do you offer?
098 Designs provides a variety of products to choose from. Such as: Mugs, Puzzles, Posters & Fine Art Prints, Canvases, Phone Cases, and Stickers. I'm also gearing up in the near future to sell my fantasy books series I've been working on and also expanding to other types of print on demand products as well. Check out my newsletter to keep up with any and all changes to my product line up.
Do you have a physical location? Or are you online only?
I am an online only entity! No brick n' mortar for me.
What is the members' area and how does it work?
Members' area are an optional (password protected) profile you can create to store your information. It will keep track of your order history, address(es) you can send packages too, and has a digital wallet to store credit card information. I may add a Wishlist feature in the future as well. The members area would also be the place to go if I were to make exclusive content on my website. I do not currently have any exclusive content at the moment. So the members area is just a convenient way to save your shopping info for frequent purchases.

How is this different from a regular online store?
Simply put, every product is made-to-order and is considered custom made. Unlike a standard store, I, 098 Designs, do not hold any stock nor inventory of any of the products listed on my website. They are printed and shipped to you from various facilities around the world. The art on the products are 100% mine though.
I love your art! Do you take commissions?
I'm flattered but no. 098 Designs does not take art commissions.
Where are your base products sourced from?
The source of the base products used in the final products can vary greatly. Please refer to the detailed product descriptions within the store itself. If you cannot find the source of the base product, please send me a message via my contact page. I will be happy to look it up for you.
How frequently do you update your store?
I am preparing to give seasonal updates in the near future. As the store is pretty new, the updates may be more sporadic in the beginning. Sign up with my newsletter to be the first to know when a new store update hits.
Can I check out as a guest or do I have to make an account to make a purchase?
Yes you can check out as a guest. You are not obligated to create a member's account to purchase from me.
I'd really like to talk to you in person regarding my purchase/question, how do I do that?
Unfortunately, I am not available to talk in person. I am of course ready to help solve any issues, but please understand that I am running this store on the side of my main career. I am not available via the phone for most of the day. Any questions or concerns need to be sent to me via email via my contact page. Thank you for understanding.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/Debit Cards such as: Visa, Master Card, American Express, China Union Pay, Jcb, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro. Payments are also accepted from: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal/Pay Later.
When am I charged for my order?
Sales are charged at the time of purchase. Some options like PayPal's Pay Later may offer more flexible payment options. Please review my Return Policy regarding any refunds.
Are gift cards, store credits, and/or coupon codes available?
There will be occasional discount or coupon codes available. Join my newsletter to get first dibs and sometimes exclusive access to these offers.
Are there any fees associated with specific payment methods?
No, I do not put an additional charge for any of the payment methods. Payment options like PayPal may have an additional fee involved but I do not have any control over that.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax is currently only enacted for orders made and shipped to GA, USA. This is where I have an economic presence in and am registered to collect sales tax. This may change as my business grows and expands.
Can I save my payment methods for your store?
Yes! You can save payment methods, but it requires you to have a profile in my members area.
Shipping
What's the deal?
Print on Demand and Shipping.
Shipping for Print on Demand products can be tricky. Printify is composed of various manufacturers from different locations; and by extension different costs to ship from their location. Each product type has an associated shipping cost attached. Unfortunately that means shipping will be a bit on the higher end then I'd personally like. There isn't much I can do for it at the moment. I've tried to eat some of the shipping costs here and there but at the end of the day I can't eat too much of those costs. I will continue to work to make shipping better but in the mean time I appreciate any understanding. Thanks, 098 Designs
What are the shipping options and associated costs?
Each product has one standard shipping rate custom to that product type. Please check the Shipping Policy tab for any products in question to get detailed notes on that product's shipping rates.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You should receive a tracking number after purchasing. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let me know via my contact page. I will send you your tracking number as soon as I have it.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
This is covered in my Return Policy in great detail.
Can I cancel my order before delivery?
At this current point in time, no. But I need to look into this more. Once I learn more, I will update the FAQ.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
You should be eligible for a reprint of the correct item. Please review my Return Policy for further detail.
How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
Currently it takes around 2 - 5 business days to ship a product to its destination. This time does not include the actual production time of the product itself pre-shipping. Remember this is a made-to-order situation. I would always plan to expect it within a 2 week time period.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, but I am planning on having it available soon! Stay tuned!
Can I make changes to my orders before they ship?
At this current point in time, no. But I need to look into this more. Once I learn more, I will update the FAQ.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No. I do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Maybe sometime in the future.
What happens if the item I received is damaged due to shipping?
You should be eligible for a reprint. Please review my Return Policy for further detail.
How are the various products shipped?
Products are typically shipped via cardboard boxes. Some mugs are shipped in a Styrofoam casing.
Orders
How do I manage my orders?
Orders can be managed through the your members area profile.
For a Print on Demand based store,
who fulfills the orders? 
Printify fulfills and ships any orders. Once you've made the purchase through my site, an order request is sent to them and they handle the production and shipping. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the process or the status of an order, please use my Contact Page to send me a message.
098 Designs products are made-to-order. What does Made-To-Order mean?
Made-To-Order means that there isn't any pre-existing inventory of the purchased product. Once you by the product online, the order is sent to production to be made immediately.
Can I amend an order after it's made?
Once the order is made, you will not be able to amend it at this time.
Can I return a defective or damaged order?
You should be eligible for a reprint. Please review my Return Policy for further detail.
I've received the wrong order, what do I do?

If I asked, would you customize any of my orders?
098 Designs does not offer any personalization of products at this time. I may have some limited run options in the future but that has yet to be decided.
Can I exchange my order once received?
As these are made-to-order products, created only when an order is placed, standard returns and exchanges are generally not supported.
Can I mark my order as a gift?
No. This is not an available feature.
My order is a gift. What info is on the packing slips?
As different products come from different manufacturers, packing slips can vary in the information they provide. In my experience, most packing slips contain the information of the payee, the name of the product and the final cost.
The order is fine but I've ordered the wrong size or color! What do I do?
As these are made-to-order products, created only when an order is placed, standard returns and exchanges are generally not supported. Please review my Return Policy for a detailed understanding.
